Eduardus Grenn
Eduardus Grenn was born on April 2nd, 1805, in Lutheria. Shortly after his birth, his mother, Anne Grenn, abandoned him. She was known for having a bad temper and was often in jail. However, his father, Hans Grenn, was a loving and devoted parent who raised Eduardus on his own. Hans was fond of telling imaginative stories about thrilling adventures and great triumphs, often drawing inspiration from his faith.
On September 17, 1816, Hans Grenn passed away, due to the toll that his participation in the Napoleonic Wars had taken on him. He had lost his passion for life and was battling heavy depression. The only thing that kept him going was his 11-year-old son, Eduardus. Hans Grenn was interred at the Lutheran cemetery, while his brother took over the care of Eduardus.
At the age of sixteen, Eduardus made up his mind to study grammar and become a writer. He drew inspiration from his father's stories and began writing fictional stories and poetry. During his studies, he came across several liturgical texts that aroused his interest in religion. As a result, he shifted his focus from fiction to religion.
After completing his studies, Eduardus made the decision to join a monastery. During his time there, he spent his days in prayer, reading, and writing. The monastery possessed a vast collection of books from various religions, which Eduardus eagerly read. Inspired by this knowledge, he began to keep a diary about his perceptions on faith and his ideas.
In 1838, on Christmas Day, Eduardus had a dream where he was leading his own parish and inspiring people with his faith. He saw this dream as a calling and left the monastery to pursue it. At that time, the Catholic Parish of Green Chapel was in search of a new leader, and Eduardus took the opportunity without any hesitation. Even though the parish was Catholic, Eduardus opened it up to people of other faiths and beliefs, inspiring everyone to be more open-minded towards other religions.
Eduardus Grenn is a person of small stature, standing at only 1.67m and weighing 75kg. He boasts a fair complexion, blue eyes, and light-grey hair. His calming gaze and friendly smile reflect his gentle nature. Eduardus is renowned for his kindness, sound advice, and willingness to help those in need.
